Custom Design Consultation and Creation Service

As part of the service, one of our experienced team of designers will consult with you and prepare your very own bespoke design that will suit your needs. We will then populate the design with your initial content so that the screens are ready to go!

Once the design has been created, you will only need to update the content within the design when required to keep the screen current and relevant to potential end users.  In some rare cases, clients wish to further edit the designs themselves at a later date, and our innovative system allows you – the client, complete control over your designs yourself (should you need to), but please – take care!

Admin Dashboard

Our intuitive browser-based admin dashboard allows you to update the content and scheduling of your screens in real-time from any internet-connected device with a web browser. Live snapshots of your broadcasts are viewable from your menu/channel, which gives you a quick preview of how they’ll look, and provides a visual aid when choosing which channel to view or edit.

We feel that our system is intuitive and easy to use – but should you need them, there are useful how-to guides and videos available in the dashboard.

Scheduling

Create a bespoke schedule for your channel to display many broadcasts. Think of it as a TV channel.   A channel has many broadcasts that are displayed at different times of a given day. You can do the same with your display screen. For example, in an education establishment you may choose a setup like so:

08:00 – 09:00 – A broadcast with “Welcome pupils” and any relevant info for the pupils / staff
09:00 – 10:00 – a broadcast with relevant news for any potential visitors/inspectors
11:50 – 13:45 – Lunch Menu
15:15 – 15:45 – “Goodbye”

When a broadcast is not scheduled, it will revert to your chosen default broadcast.

Multiple Layouts

Currently we have 8 broadcast designs and templates. We feel this will suit most needs of any establishment. Each template has at least 1 block. Within a block, you can add a module. Your modules are the content that drives your broadcast.

Modules and Features

Our most commonly used module is the embed module.  This allows you to embed content from other sites – such as a social media feed and is what many establishments feel is an essential feature for their screens.

Photo Gallery is another popular module, and you can upload one or many photos at once to the gallery and it will appear on your broadcast on save.

Upon saving, the broadcast is automatically refreshed after a very short period of time (within 20 seconds) therefore you do not need to do anything for it to appear on your hardware (HD display unit).

Backups

As well as our daily disaster recovery backups, we have a backup facility that the user can run that backs up the data and styling (we do not backup photos or videos that you may have uploaded). We have developed this feature as a precaution. When our team of experienced designers create your own bespoke initial design for you and you’re happy, we publish the screen and create a backup of the design & style, so that if any changes have been made later which you aren’t happy with, you can always just revert to the initial backup!

If you change the design yourself, and you are happy with it, we encourage you to do a backup of it so that you may be able to revert back to it when the need arises in the future.
